"The threat is real." - Nathan Petrelli, A Clear and Present Danger


Everyone remembers when people with abilities were being hunted? Innocent and some not so innocent people were being taken from their home, work, their life to be placed in a building because they were different. Nathan Petrelli helped to lead the campaign and then at the end, was one of many to help terminate building 26. Was it finished though? Could the Government let go of the fact there were people who were not strictly human in the world.

The answer is no! People will always fear what they can't understand.

Instead the Government set up a special unit, collectively watching every man, woman, and child in the United States, then branched to entire world. Once they had gather enough information and acquired a big enough facility.

After Claire Bennet showed the world who she truly was with diving off the Ferris Wheel, hoping for a Brave New World, Agent Morris was given the green light and they started hunting yet again, but this time it was different, people who had abilities, were only one of many species they were after this time. Everyone from vampires, witches, shape shifters, really anyone who seemed to be different were brought in for examination and testing. It took nearly three years to get everything together, but now they are a force.

What if you just disappeared? One day you're going to work or school and the next you are just gone. You were taken by them because of what you can do, or even what they think you can do.

What if one day someone you have a disagreement, someone makes one phone call about you, accusing you of having ability beyond what is natural. Man disappears. Husbands turn on wives, fathers on sons, daughters on mothers, and soon this great Nation will be ripped apart.

What do you do when everyone has turned against you? A law is passed to turn in any special person and those who do not follow will find themselves in the same situation. You don't get a jury, a trial, nothing, you're just locked up and erased...like you never even existed.

Life goes on without you.

Does this sound like the kind of life you want to live? What if you had the chance to fight back? Not everyone will go quietly. Some will escape and be on the run, others will escape and fight back. They have a right to live. Some have already tried to reach out for help with their abilities and an disastrous consequences has occurred, an unknown opened a portal, causing our already overpopulated world, forcibly welcome people from all worlds and times into the madness we call life.

Sides need to be chosen, where will you fall?

Will you side with the government to stop the threat or will you fight?

Alliances will and have been made. Sworn enemies will work together. Brother against Brother. Mother against Son. There is a war coming and you've got to be ready. Only one thing is certain, our world will never be the same.

You may choose to bring in special characters, give non-specials powers, or just play normal people. Any fandom characters you can think of are welcome here. We do ask that animated characters have a PB though.
