It was all a bit overwhelming, but Leuce allowed herself to be swept away. "My Lord," she whispered after the kiss he placed on her mouth left her feeling as if she were floating on clouds. Reason would say that she should talk to her father before leaving or at least think rationally about this entire thing. But she'd already jumped into the deep end and forgot what it was like to think with her mind already. "I would want nothing more in the world," she took a shy step closer and touched his hands, "I would not need treasures, my Lord, just you would be more than enough to fill any wants or wishes I might have..." Whether he would make her queen or not was a concern for another soul, all she had wanted was him in the end.
"When do we go?" she asked, "On the morrow? In a fortnight? I feel like even leaving now would be too long of a wait. " Leuce laughed and turned her head slightly to kiss the inside of his wrist gently.
