Metis had moved her way through the crowd in search of her husband, greeting and smiling to her guests -- it felt odd to her, at least slightly odd, to call them "her" guests. She was the Queen of Heaven, Zeus' wife -- the lady of the palace in the sky. Catching sight of the brothers in mid-conversation she approached them. Her dress, a gift from Zeus, was accompanied with the crown he had given her when he proposed.
"Husband," she said when reaching them -- a short bow was given along with a tilt of her head. Her hand came out to rest on Zeus, her attention turning to Hades and she followed suit with her bow, "Your Majesty."
