She'd been helping pack things up they were taking along, the boat would be there in a matter of days. Naja wasn't so sure the other two could make the swim across the channel. Sitting at the table she nibbled on an apple, pondering things. Was this place they were going to real? Her head was a mess of thoughts. So much so she was having trouble focusing.
Shaking her head she got up from the table and took a shower, or at least the closest luxury to a shower they had. Didn't take her long to finish and she got dressed, sweats and a shirt. Once out in the main living area she started pacing back and forth. The place was making her feel like a caged animal and she couldn't risk another run, not so close to their departure.
Her usually wild mane of hair was slick to her scalp from the shower. Her nerves were on edge and she was starting to worry about her control among other things. The pacing was helping a little, but it probably made her look agitated. That was an understatement. Just a few more days, a few more and she'd be... on a damn boat. That idea suddenly didn't set well with her either. All she needed to do was lose control on a damn ship.
Beads of sweat trickled down her neck as she thought about the possibilities of what might or could happen. This was a nightmare.
