Kenzie didn't see her response as anything but the truth. Or at least the truth as she saw it. Pancakes were made of powdered mix and water. That was how she had always had them. Potatoes just made them sound gross. "Yeah. If you eat eggs and sausage for dinner, is it brinner? Or deakfast? I guess brunch sounds fancy, and if it sounds fancy, you can charge more for it, or something." She heaved out a small sigh and glanced at Gin again, her interest piqued at the idea of waffles and whipped cream. "That sounds good. Maybe I'll have that." Kenzie pushed the offending menu away and eyed Gin more closely. "You're here alone?"
