Well, he's from New York City, so there's your specific accent. Sharp, nasal, pretty much just like the movies.
As for his reactions, I really need to write him and feel out how he'll react. I strongly dislike laying that out and trying to fit a brand new character into a specific mold. His history, beyond what's already been laid out, falls into the same sort of feeling. It comes as I get a better feel for the character.
He can't really change his face, which is where the pretty comes from. He would prefer to be thought of as handsome or sharp looking but since he'll never really age there isn't much to be done about it. It's a story point we'll see more of if he's approved for play.
