Mallory giggled. "They would," she agreed, nodding wisely. "It would give you a definite edge over the competition."
"I just want to relax this summer," Mallory confessed. "I'm so sick of essays and journals and midterms and finals. I'm getting to the point that if I never see another book again, it'll be too soon. It's a good thing I love to read. Supposedly," she added with a chuckle. She never would give up on her love of reading, but she was tired of reading things for the soul purpose of picking them apart and discussing every miniscule thing about them that could mean something.
