Who: Lee and Leanne What: Confronting her with what George told him Where: Her house When: Late Wednesday night
Lee had tried to put what George had said about sleeping with Leanne out of his mind. He'd spent two weeks in Romania hoping that the change would help him do that but it hadn't worked. Drinking had helped for awhile but even that didn't work anymore, leaving him with nothing but a massive hangover the next day while he tried to do his radio show and then work his shift at Swirls. He didn't know if George had told any of his family about their fight but Lee still found himself making excuses to avoid dealing with any of the Weasley's when they came in. They were like family to him but he just wasn't ready to hear what they might have to say about it and he wasn't sure that he ever would be.
Avoiding his friends was what had driven him to the Serpent's Fang instead of the Leaky Cauldron which was where he normally drank. He pulled his money out of his pocket, dropping enough coins on the table to cover his tab and give the waitress a nice tip. He stood up, putting his cigarette out in the ashtray and tucking the pack back in his pocket making sure he had all of his things before moving towards the fireplace in the back. He wasn't sure what he was going to say when he saw her, but he knew that the only thing that would help him get over what George had told him was to have it out with either George or Leanne and at the moment Leanne seemed the better choice.
He grabbed a pinch of floo powder and stepped into the fireplace, stating his destination as clearly as he could in his drunken state and stepped out into Leanne's living room. He didn't see Cedric anywhere around, which didn't surprise him when he thought about how late it was. He heard noise in the kitchen and headed that way, stopping briefly in the doorway to make sure there was no one else in the room with her. "Were you planning on telling me that you'd fucked my best friend? Or did the two of you enjoy keeping me in the dark about that little fact?" he asked, his anger obvious in his voice as it carried clearly through the room, even though he was talking quietly.
