Parvati wasn't 100% sure how the night would go, especially given her conversation with George. She felt a little hurt that this was all news to her, something she thought her sister would share with her. But it seemed that she needed to take her own advice, giving Padma some space and allowing her to talk when she was ready. Still, she missed that connection she had with her sister and wished that it was still there.
Overall, the night hadn't been too terrible or uncomfortable. They had all met at the Leaky which was pretty quiet since it was only Wednesday. Still, Parvati would have thought more people would be out celebrating that it was hump day. She smirked into her glass as she thought of that double meaning and how she definitely wasn't getting any of that. But she didn't want to think about it at the moment. Not only was it depressing, but she had gone out to try and cheer George up. The evening had had its awkward moments, but Parvati was trying to smooth things over, although not very successfully.
"So, have you guys seen any good Quidditch games lately?" she asked. "I was invited to the Magpie/Tornados game, but wasn't able to make it." Parvati liked Quidditch like the next witch, but she didn't follow the trend like everyone else. She knew little of the teams or player stats, but liked watching them play.
