"Hey, I'm only two steps away from being the youngest in my family," George said, "and having a kid in the post doesn't exactly make me an expert on all things baby." Maybe he'd have to look up exactly what a bunting was if only to satisfy his own curiosity.
"Oh they did, did they?" He asked, lifting his head to look at Lee. "Doesn't surprise me, really. Nothing they do surprises me, actually." He lay his head back down and stared up at the ceiling.
"No, it won't last forever," he said, "one day she'll stop being pregnant, and then, if we're lucky, there will be a small child to take care of, and I'm quite happy about that, too."
