That explains why you aren't interested in talking with someone who can just go into your head.
I'm not what most people would call conventional when it comes to therapy. I don't like to sit around in offices and ask you how you're feeling. I prefer doing something that you like — a sport or activity you enjoy — and we would just chat naturally to figure out how I can help you. I also don't recommend jumping right into it with someone. We should meet up, and you should ask me questions to make sure I'm the right person to help you. Nothing I say would help if you're not comfortable with me.
