To be honest? Me at this age and here has dealt with it. Or is dealing with it. ~~Not sure I'll~~ I'm not a Jedi and I haven't been one for a very long time. The old code is something I've thought a lot about over the years.

Young me was very hurt, very frustrated, and couldn't talk to Master Skywalker to find out why he lied to her. Your apology is accepted, Maz, but please consider what you say. If that had been Anakin, you may have set off a chain reaction that could have seen him turn to the Dark Side. We'd be doing more than cleaning up hurt feelings.

I know. I was confused and my words got confused when I answered your first query about Skywalker. If I could take back that first slip up, I would of course. It was unintentional. I thought I had left the days of speaking before thinking long behind me but apparently not.

I do normally try to consider what I say very carefully. I do hope you ~~and Obi-Wan~~ know that. I know the pain and damage that words and information can cause and I know that some secrets must be kept. I am no stranger to that. ~~Young you was also very persistent~~

I am well aware of the dangers. I am not some youngling off planet for the first time.

	Yes, but it has not happened to me in centuries and it is not something I enjoy. Even the best intentions can have terrible consequences. Very true. Though I do hope we are save from the Empire here. I remember the terrors of the Empire all too well. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
