I am hearing the most startling rumours today, about a werewolf attacking a person, and spreading their disease to another person. I certainly hope this is not true. I myself will not be affected by this, but I am concerned for my fellows here in Mount Weather.

There's no point in arguing with him because he's not wrong. Lycanthropy may not be a disease in your world, but it is in ours. It spreads like a disease. It hurts people like a disease. It makes people who have it sick.

You have to stop acting like your experience is universal and getting offended every time someone implies that being a werewolf is a bad thing. In most realities, it's a deadly condition, not a badge of pride. You're not actually helping.
