Cas grunted in agreement, looking away like the answers they were searching for were written on the wall. Whatever happened to Dean was worse than what had gone on in Hell, or was actively affecting him in a completely different way. Dean could withstand decades of punishment and torture, could be broken down into a man who would torture others — and Sam now swore that Dean never screamed in his sleep like this.
He sighed, rubbing the back of his neck. "Our biggest problem is getting Dean to help himself."
