With the batch of Podkru we lost a month ago, it's become clear that we've lost quite a few positions. Several of our jobs are dangerously low on staff. Unfortunately, they're all pretty important to make sure this place runs. If anyone has any kind of experience or would like to switch positions (or even take a few hours volunteering), you would be so helpful.

The positions we're desperately in need of are:

• Farmers
  
• Fishers
  
• Radio Operators
  
• Nurses
  
• Laundry Services
  
• Shoemakers

I know these positions aren't the most prestigious but they are vital. I'm taking on ever shifts in fishing, radio, and laundry when I'm not out of the compound. If you can help, please do.

Ah new school supplies. I'd forgotten all about this tub I fixed up for the new year back before I got taken. Markers, paper, scissors, glue. I will, of course, be sharing all of this because where's the fun in hoarding it all?

So if any of the other teachers or child daycare need any supplies, come by room 204C.

So, I should probably mention that that big treadmill that was moved into the gym the other day? Yeah, I wouldn't suggest getting on it and cranking it up to full speed. Cisco can get a security lock on that so no one gets thrown against the wall at mach 2 by accident, but I wanted to PSA that.

But, seriously, to whatever inter-dimensional gift-giver is out there... thanks. I wasn't counting on a birthday present, but I sure am grateful for that particular one.

Today we had two calves born and they are so cute! And they only have one head each so that's good. There's a boy and a girl. We had a drawing to see who got to name them and I won.

The boy is Norman and the girl is Edwina. I want to stay with them tonight. Is that okay?

I am truly grateful to be out of medical quarantine. I do not know any more logical ways to teach a toddler how to sing "happy birthday." Jim, if you require a serenade, I know a very well-qualified child.
