I understand what I was told and I rationally know that this is all real, but that doesn't make it any more easy to accept. I keep expecting to jerk awake from a very long and very realistic dream. That hasn't happened yet, though, and with every passing moment, I'm pretty certain it won't.

So, I thought that instead of waiting around to wake up from what isn't a dream, I should introduce myself, though I've never used a device like this before and am slightly concerned that I'm doing it wrong.
