Brazil, Vietnam and Indonesia I think ~~are~~ were the three biggest producers. I'm not sure about Brazil and Vietnam, but in Indonesia there are a few plantations at the east end of the island of Java on the... something-or-rather plateau. It's up around 1,500m from sea level, anyway. The trees grow to about ten metres tall but they used to prune them to keep them a more manageable size, they have white flowers that grow in clusters, and the beans are actually seeds inside a fruit that looks sort of like a cherry. They're harvestable when they're dark red and each one has two seeds in it.

	At least the magic group everyone's more likely than normal to have a way of getting around easily. I don't know what the others are like. 	I'm not sure if it's monthly or weekly? I've only seen it mentioned a couple times. I guess they'll figure that out along with the school, but then plenty of older kids walk to school. 	They gave up on trying to put Molly in school. Always funny when they tried though. Yeah, that's with everyone mutants though. Maybe a few weeks here?
