Willow felt at ease with Bellamy more than she expected, he seemed to understand her and that made her feel safe. She realised she had not felt like that in a long time.
She was embarrassed to admit that she hardly understood her surroundings despite being here for a time. She did not know what Bellamy would think of her if she said it. Willow pondered on all that she had experienced in Sunnydale however, it had still not prepared her for this.
Willow reflected on what Bellamy had said about not knowing how to pull people here and she was somewhat relieved that was the case. Right from the start her logical brain could not help but come to the conclusion that was the case.
She wondered where her and Bellamy could go from here, that was the point that of the meeting, what happens now, small talk? It's not like sitting in a coffee shop talking about books or the weather. She still felt she was in a life or death situation all the time and all she wanted was to get away from that feeling.
Willow could not help but lower her head as Bellamy said he did not know anything. 'I thought that was what you would say's he smiled a little in a reassuring way in the hope he did not feel too bad. 'I appreciate your advice and I might just do that, but I think it is also facing the fact of moving on' she felt a shudder and she said this.
Willow looked over at her book, she tried to find some positivity she wanted to move on and look for something else to discuss but her mind was just blank. Finally, she realised she just needed to be her and see where the conversation went.
Her posture eased as she suddenly looked directly at Bellamy and said, 'let's talk about something else shall we, what should we talk about?'
