Some folk do have delicate constitutions. I actually knew a physician once who never had any trouble with gallons of other people's blood, but couldn't stand to see so much as a drop of his own. The man could perform a surgery without breaking a sweat, but if he got the tiniest papercut and looked at it, he'd faint dead away.
