I've been considering how to do this, actually. I learn languages fairly easily, something about how my brain does pattern recognition means that the biggest part of grammar is actually learning the exceptions, and I've helped set up linguistic programs a couple of times in the past that were part of a project for teaching languages by computer. I didn't do the actual programming, it was more telling the computer what the rules were and helping to separate them into discrete "lessons". I suppose really that's two different projects - a straight up translator and a much more complicated teaching tool. Though since Trigedasleng is mostly an oral language (for everyone else) it couldn't take the place of actual lessons and conversations, only supplement.
