Rose giggled though. She reached for Louis' hand again. It was too much fun teasing with him. She squeezed his hand. "Not out in the sun," she replied with a shrug. "It's that lotion stuff. It's supposed to turn you orange, but I guess it turns me red!" She stuck her tongue out playfully.
Rose knew Louis wasn't one for the gushy stuff, but she liked this. She liked teasing and laughing and holding hands and being with Louis. He made her happy, and she loved being happy. Rose couldn't help but grin and laugh at that. "Oh Lou," she replied softly shaking her head. "It almost sounds as if you are jealous." She squeezed his hand. "You only want me seeing you, then, I suppose?" She poked his ribs playfully. "Maybe.. but can we sneak into the kitchens and get a snack first? But if-"
Rose spotted the man, as well, and she could feel Louis' excitement. She slipped her hand from Louis' and started at a slow jog towards the owl seller. "Come on!" she called over her shoulder.
