 Azkaban Prison Disappears Into Thin Air
January 4th, 2000 at approximately 2:33am Azkaban Prison disappeared into the unknown. No trace of the island, structure, prisoners or guards has been found despite the efforts by Minister of Magic Kingsley Shacklebolt and the Department of Magical Accidents and Catastrophes. At this point the Ministry has refused to comment on the matter further but have released a short unsettling statement regarding the current situation.
"We are putting all of our power and effort towards finding the missing prison and prisoners. We ask everyone to remain calm and on their guard until this issue is resolved. At this point we have no reason to believe that the prisoners of Azkaban Prison have been released into the public, however safety must be everyone's first priority. Any information regarding this event should be sent directly to Alaster Gumboil..."
