So โ€ฆ space? Weโ€™re in space, right? And we donโ€™t really know how we got here? Just checking that weโ€™re all on the same page here.

Anyway. Hi, Iโ€™m Gwen. Does anyone know if thereโ€™s โ€ฆ a lab maybe on board or if theyโ€™ve seen any equipment that might be able to be used for one? I havenโ€™t really roamed around too much yet. Thanks!

Tangent away, Iโ€™m used to them and depending on the subject I know Iโ€™ve done it myself. And I fully support your theory on why it is forms of transportation are referred to as female. See, thatโ€™s what my brain tried to remind me of but in the shock of being here suddenly I couldnโ€™t help wonder if we were to be fed to the ship and thatโ€™s why we couldnโ€™t be sent back. Being in a sort of symbiotic relationship with the ship, that seems a much better theory. I just donโ€™t want to poke at the ship too much and make it angry somehow.

Thatโ€™s the very question I was wondering. Nothing Iโ€™ve seen looks familiar but I canโ€™t say Iโ€™m a foremost expert on various constellations. I guess thatโ€™s the next question to add to the list, to figure out whoโ€™s space it is.

The Pilot seems to have - well what you said, or a kind of symbiotic telekinetic relationship, I would posit that injuring him would injure the ship but maybe not vice versa, and while it's something I've found myself thinking about while trying to figure out how to broach some things with the guy, it's not anything I'm all that eager to try myself. I kind of wish we had a telepath running around at this point, or a what is it, technopathy - that'd be helpful, sort of. Maybe.

I'd think it's a real easy thought to have, being potentially teleported across a universe into a living ship where ultimately it seems like you're living inside of it's belly, the dots kinda connect themselves.

It's not really my field either, but there are your general icons that we should be able to pick out easy enough if we were anywhere familiar to either individual (or any, if we're casting a wider net) - I can't find Jupiter, Orion or either Dipper.

Then hopefully for our sake, whenever you do broach the subject of some things with the Pilot, you don't end up injuring him. That would be very bad for all of us if the ship were to be damaged because of it. Maybe the longer we're on the ship, the...more we'll be able to know about it? A bit like adapting to one's environment.

I'm just glad it wasn't the work of an overactive imagination, now that you mention it.

Based off what Kate said Deke had mentioned, we might even be too far away to see anything that would be familiar to us. It makes me wonder just how far from Earth we really are.
