Just a couple of things with Santo and then he's good to go! Just want to make sure you remember that mutant is a slur in this world and that powered human is how those with mutations are generally described, since mutant pops up a lot in the bio...though there are those who want to 'take back' the word, and if Santo's one of them that's totally cool. As for clothes, he will have uniforms custom tailored to fit him and to deal with the wear and tear of his form as best as possible...so he's not off the hook there during school hours, much as he might want to be. ;)
