Hey! Overall, it looks good but we'd like some clarification on a few points.

When you mention him joining up with the cadet program, please clarify that he was asked to join, not that he just decided to. They most likely wouldn't have asked him to become a cadet right off the bat, especially if he has obvious issues with authority, so if you could note where along the line that happened, that would be awesome.
