Tony set the bassinet he'd made for Junior rocking, then sat back on his bed. The baby still needed all the things he'd programmed, after all. He hadn't set up any one doll specifically for himself aside from requesting a male and he'd signed a couple dozen forms promising not to use his powers to deactivate the controls. But that didn't mean he couldn't put what he knew of the programming to good use, so the rocking was timed to just the right speed to keep Junior happy for a while now that he'd had his bottle.

"So, Mr. Worthington," he said to Warren. "How are you liking fatherhood?"

Tony pulled up some of the developmental charts. "I can't break it down by age of the 'parents' or courseload, gender, whatever. Not yet. But I can see some general trends. Looks like we've got a couple of overachievers - like ourselves - and a couple doing the bare minimum, but look at the changes in rate of growth! I had no idea it would dip and peak like that. I can't wait to see how it pans out. Some folks might be losing interest as they lose sleep. Others are getting more attached. I wish I knew who."
