Ginny hadn't considered bringing Luna into all of this. Mostly because she didn't feel like she had the right to do anything other than persuade people to consider the cause and to believe it. To actually ask someone to speak out on its behalf, even though you knew they believed in it, seemed a bit more difficult. What if something really bad happened? What if something really bad happened to her best friend?
She thought the worst that could happen were Ministry sanctions of some sort, but still the Ministry could be devious if they needed to be.
Still hadn't Luna shown some signs of thinking as she did. Perhaps they would have slightly different roles though.
She looked at Draco, and at his arm. "I don't think people would believe you if you stated that you had completely equal views of the two worlds, no offense meant, of course. But, I think, that could be a positive thing."
She looked away from his left arm. Thinking about him being a Death Eater, of her being in an ex-Death Eater's home, well she hadn't mentally allowed herself to deal with that yet. She knew it to be true, but she didn't think this man beside her, the one that had told her his true opinions would be the same one to willingly put his all into the cause of the Death Eater's plans the same way she would have gladly helped the Order.
Ginny leaned more comfortably back into her chair. "Our central purpose, our central message is that the wizarding world should remain seperated from the muggle world. We can back that claim with several things, but it's key that we keep it central, moderate. The more people that can be encompassed in this, the stronger we'll be."
She took a breath. "That means, later on, perhaps if the idea catches on like we'd hope, you could have your own role to play. So the witch that came from a muggle-friendly family, and the wizard that comes from a more exclusive family and all those that are in between can support the one cause."
Exclusive was a nice term, Ginny knew she was substituting for 'anti-Muggle wizard elitists'. She had a feeling bringing that up in Draco Malfoy's house would only cause tension. And they were actually being productive.
She had to smirk a bit at this, "And yes, I saw completely through your dances with Hermione and myself, even before you insisted on dancing with us."
She became quiet for moment. "You've changed my opinion of you in some aspects, so it is a possible goal. I don't need anything, but if I do need a barrister, I wouldn't turn you down."
Ginny took in a deep breath and exhaled, looking at him once again, though thankfully not at his arm. "I think it's important that we be frank, blunt here. Tell me exactly what you think each of our roles will be How you think I can help you and your expectations and those things."
