Ginny unlike her brother had her wand securely tucked away. Ginny grew up in a world of magic where in Muggle settings magic was strictly prohibited, and it wasn't likely to anytime soon. It made her nervous to be so open in front of Muggles. She knew so little about them and their culture, and they knew so little about them. How would the react to levitation or apparation? Awe? Intrigue? Fear? Envy? She didn't want to make herself a target.
Still, Ginny had come to the conclusion that there was one thing magical about the Muggle world. His name was Brad Pitt.
Is it a Muggle thing, or is it an American thing? Hmm, are American wizards like that?
Her train of thought reminded her slightly of her third year in which she overheard Ron claiming that they didn't make girls at Hogwarts quite like they did at Beauxbatons. She had the feeling that Ron had changed his mind.
