Draco raised an eyebrow briefly in response to her question and made the barest hint of a shrug. However, that was the extent of his commentary.
"Late October would be grand. Greengrass Hall is lovely that time of year. Would you be planning a daytime or evening do you think?" He paused, "Ah, getting a bit ahead of ourselves. I should get through mine first."
He watched her sigh and wondered what it was that was getting to her. It obviously wasn't the fundraiser. It was something else. Now he only had to decide to ask or not.
He quirked a half-smile at the comment regarding his fundraiser. "Thank you. I thought it would be an innovative way to mix pleasure and charity.
"Actually, I've been donating to it since the end of the war. I simply thought it was time to go public with it. Shall we guess how many believe I only just chose the charity?" he asked in an amused drawl.
"I imagine final dances will go for quite the donation. "
