He smiled broadly. "Yeah? Well, I'd say the same for you, but I have roomies. Though, it's so quiet here, I think you have the right idea living here alone. Ron and Hermione are always bickering. They're together, they're not together. It's getting tiring." he sighed. "I think living alone is looking better and better." he chuckled softly, reaching forward to find her hand, taking it into his. "But if you don't mind running into either of them, come over anytime."
At his description of Ron and Hermione, Luna arched a brow. It didn't make much sense to her. Not that she had been in a serious relationships or anything before, but constant bickering didn't sound particularly enjoyable. She liked this much, much better - especially as his hand found hers. "I think I might be able to handle the friendly fire," she answered, running her thumb over the backs of his fingers. "But I kind of like it being just you and for while yet."
"Well, even friendly fire is tiring after a time." he said, shifting a bit on the couch, leaning against the arm and moving one of his legs against the cushions, using her hand to pull her between his legs to lean against him. He wanted her in his arms, just to feel her close to him. "I'm not ready to tell anyone yet." he said softly. "I just don't want this... this magic ruined by the rest of the world. Not yet."
He smiled, wrapping his arms tightly around her and leaning his head back on the sofa, propping it so that he could view the movie without any effort. He yawned softly... he was so comfortable that he felt his eyelids becoming heavy.
Luna listened to the steady beat of his heart, balanced by the rhythm of his breaths. Only a short reach was required to plus her wand from the coffee table. She was planning on dimming the lights a little to watch the movie, and as she settled back she realized from his lack of movement that Harry was asleep. Her heart felt tight in her chest for a moment and her smile quirked up. A wave of her wand covered them with the blue blanket from the nearby chair before turning off all the lights but television. She didn't want to wake him, didn't want to disturb his sleep. Resolving to remain there until the movie ended, she decided she'd let him sleep on the couch and she'd go sleep in her bed. However, she hadn't been settled in more than a minute before her eyes were shut and she was fast asleep, nestled snugly against him.
