Re: 6:20
"It certainly is," Regulus murmured in a low voice, nodding a bit, almost to himself as he glanced around the room. He was still feeling a bit self-conscious, as though any moment his glamour would be seen through. It was a silly notion he knew. He had, after all, walked around Diagon Alley for quite some time with no disguise and the only person that had been able to recognize him for who he was was his own brother. In fact, Regulus mused, people would most likely know he was a Black, but perhaps mistake him for a younger version of Sirius if they hadn't seen him when he was younger.
Regulus laughed out loud at the mention of their parents, a broad smile flitting across his face.
"Oh Andi, our parents would've rather died before seeing this, I'm quite certain," he responded. Still the image of both sets of parents together at this party, perhaps curled into a corner, trying to protect themselves from having to speak to any Muggles, speaking a bit too loudly about the filth that was around, but obviously petrified at the same time was mildly amusing. He could only entertain the idea of the types of outfits their parents would've put together at the mention of Muggle formal wear. Though, Regulus assumed, Walburga Black probably would've come starkers before letting an article of Muggle clothing touch her body.
"I think Teddy could improve it greatly with some of his crayons," Regulus teased lightly, turning his head to glance. "Oh," he said abruptly, and then leaned in close to Andromeda so they wouldn't be overheard. "Across the room, that's Draco. Narcissa's son."
He wasn't quite certain what propelled him to say to this to Andi, who he knew wasn't on good terms with her sister, but he had was getting along fairly well with Draco... Well, things had been strained the night before, and Regulus could still feel the slight smart of where Bellatrix had dug her nails into his skin. He grew silent after that, too lost in thought about the family situation that never seemed to be resolved.
