Sirius cast a look over in Remus' direction at her oblivious recitation of a strange day. He looked back to Dora with half a frozen smile. Whilst he realised she had returned from death, he hadn't expected that he would have to explain it to her. Slightly desperately he wondered if he could get Remus to do it, but really it was more his place.
He didn't know who Draco Malfoy was, but it was safe to assume it was a relation of Narcissa's. Sirius knew his cousin had borne a child around the time Lily and James had Harry, but he didn't recall a name.
"He might be a prat," Sirius said lightly. If Malfoy was anything like his father, or his mother's family then he would be. "But um..." he looked at the table for a moment. Breaking news gently really wasn't his strong point.
"The thing is Dora...it is 2001. I know it's hard to believe, but please just listen!"
He would much rather just blurt out that she was dead, but somehow Sirius didn't think she'd appreciate that. Especially not with a sore head and an empty stomach.
"The same thing happened to Remus and I. We were suddenly out of our own time, and in this one. But it's nothing to do with a time turner, and we can't go back."
Siris shifted a bit awkwardly, "All three of us...died."
