Visiting Teddy and Andi
Characters: Ron Weasley and Andromeda Tonks Location: Andromeda's Home Date:Sunday, June 1 2001 Time: 10:30 am morning Rating: PG
Ron grinned as he knocked. He had a bag full of donuts and muffins, and had brought his broom as well. He always liked spending time with little Teddy. His mum and Andromeda seemed closer these days. Ron was sure it had to do with their mutual loses. Andromeda had lost her daughter, and his mum had lost her son. This mutual family suffering had made them turn towards each other. Teddy was a familiar visitor to the Burrow. Ron found that he enjoyed spending time with little Teddy. Little kids gave the world a different perspective. The baby had been all that was left of Remus and Tonks, and Ron felt drawn to the child in a kind of homage to the parents.
He wondered about the boy's parents now; they both had returned. Were they excited about being part of the boy's life, now they had been given a second chance? He hoped so. It had been amazing to see Sirius again, and to meet Regulus. He looked forward to th next time he could get together with either of them. He knocked again, and began to whistle a merry tune as he made some plans. He'd take him to a park, and they'd ride the broom. He though he ought to take him to the zoo; Hermione had really enjoyed that outing. He was sad, to not see her today, but she had gone out with the girls and wasn't up when he left. It was an oddity; changes seemed to be happening before his eyes and he could only hope they were for the best. He sighed inwardly, not wanting to miss her but decided to focus on helping out Andromeda, buy lending her a hand.
