Roasting was a lovely idea. Just a bit of prep work, pop in the oven, and don't over-cook it. Even as he was still speaking about his mother, she turned to pull out a proper roasting pan and a pot for the potatoes. It was mostly just a matter of chopping and seasoning.
"We should have plenty of time while the bird's in the oven," she replied with a nod. "It's been a while since I've been to a dance, but learning the waltz is usually a good place to start."
To get them out of the way until needed Luna moved the pot and pan to the kitchen table. The Prophet was still sitting there from that morning. It was a little troubling for Luna to read, not that she entirely trusted the truth of its words. Frowning ever so slightly, she made a mental note to speak with her father about it. Maybe it was time for the Quibbler to start addressing some of the issues.
Turning back to Ron, she asked in a curious voice, "You work with the Ministry, what do you think about the muggle Prime Minister and all that?"
