James was starting to count himself lucky to have died so early. He was far from inclined to give Remus advice. In general, he tried to avoid giving advice unless it was asked for. It only ever seemed to complicate things. Well, unless it was Sirius. But that was another matter all together.
"Have you talked to her at all?" James asked, wondering if any kind of correspondence had provoked her to send the picture.
He hadn't seen Tonks since she told him about Teddy. It was easier that way. She seemed to be a nice enough girl, but for the moment she was the source of this mess in James' mind. He understood why she waited, why she had been scared to tell Remus - but to live with in the same house and keep it a secret as she did? James didn't trust his temper or the words he'd be inspired to share with her.
