"We're going to need more water if that's the plan." She pointed to the already half empty glass that he'd originally brought into the room, "I think pizza is a little too heavy at the moment. Probably when the headache eases though, you're right." Chewing on her bottom lip she felt a little awkward standing there while he was sitting so she quickly turned and perched herself on the corner of his bed.
"Oh? Oh..." It took a moment to sink in that his father would realize that Zev wasn't in here alone. Did he remember who she was? It wouldn't be strange if he did seeing as Hunter and Zev had been friends for years, and would that mean he'd mention something? Damn this was all kinds of strange. "He doesn't leave much does he?"
