As Ally woke up, Zev sat quiet and watched her until she turned to look at him. They both looked away and as Ally snatched the cover away, Zev quickly reached for the towel that had been conveniently thrown over the back of the desk chair. Covering up the most important parts of himself, he glanced around the room as he tried to figure out what to do or say. He heard Ally's question, glancing back at her just briefly before looking away again.
Rubbing his face with one hand, the question in his head was the one she had just posed. Only he was now sure of what had happened, but not at all clear on how or why. And that seemed like a good thing to find out, although right now they were in a pretty awkward situation. He bit his tongue to stop himself from blurting out a tentative 'good morning', figuring if he was to say anything, that really shouldn't be it.
