Cody nodded, his smile widening. The second she spoke something more than his name hesitantly, he started to relax a bit more. He'd been holding his shoulders a bit tightly, awkwardly. It was easy to come off cool and confident on the internet -- even though he was admittedly not cool, and only confident on occasion, or around people with whom he was already comfortable. But Emma was making it easier on him. She really was helping a lot. Cody took her hand, and shook it when she offered.
A little laugh came out, one that sounded a little less nervous than before. Cody nudged her back. "Ha, yeah. It is pretty cool to get to meet you." He nodded again, appearing a bit like a bobblehead, but nothing too ridiculous. Glancing over at the still motionless baggage carousel, he shook his head. "Mmhmm. Actually, SeaTac is one of the worse airports in the world, in my opinion. Hope it doesn't take much longer than this."
