Though she knew she needed to say something to the woman, she wasn't quite sure what to say. Eventually she just decided on, "It's not a problem." There, the first words she'd muttered to the girl. And probably the only ones that she would actually say to her, which was no offense to her, but she just wasn't much for talking.
She stayed there, just waiting for her to talk to her brother, or whoever it was. When he cut her off, she didn't seem surprised, but looked up to see a guy at the window. Well at least she wasn't holding a gun or a knife or anything, she was just standing there.
Her shoulders shrugged in response but she didn't say anything. Instead she just followed her upstairs, so apparently that was a yes.
