Autumn wasn't kidding when she said she needed a little break. Though she made sure that any photoshoots or interviews that she had to do were in Chicago, she felt like she was hardly getting a whole day to herself. But finally, she managed to get yesterday and today to do nothing. If that was what she wanted. She'd spent all day yesterday just watching movies, and today... just random chores around the house. Not necessarily relaxing, but she didn't want to sit around in a dirty apartment.
Well, really, when Autumn was upset, she cleaned. She'd find something to clean, dirty or no. And she was, in fact, upset. She missed Ty. A lot. But she had grown tired of thinking about it and dwelling on it. She was never the type of girl to hide how she was feeling, but she was just... not willing to let herself wallow in pity for herself anymore. She didn't want to think about it anymore. It made things easier that way, but that worried her as well. She was scared that it would lead to not having to think about him. Thinking about him was the only thing that she had of him, so... she was just stuck.
She'd rummaged through her laundry that she had dumped on her bed, getting out all the darks and putting them in her laundry basket. Carrying it on her hip, she crossed the living room and the kitchen to reach the washer and dryer in the corner of her apartment and opened the lid. She started to put her clothes in one by one, making sure that they could be washed and didn't need some kind of special type of handwashing or dry cleaning.
