Jack had traveled by cab. Leaving the car in it's parking spot. Considering that it was crazy in this fucking place. Either way he was there. He paid off the cab driver and walked up. He held a a single dark rose. Something that fit the situation. He smiled. And lucky for her, he was probably just as pale. The trip up the walk was long. As his mind wandered the thoughts of their now meeting.
In truth, they had never met. Never talked, and barely knew each other. Just breifly really over back and forth posts on the journals. With a few selected well placced words, he was driving to New York for a girl. And a girl that wasn't Jill, and that wasn't someone he knew. Or was about to rob. Just a girl. When he was on the door step he looked in the small window make sure he looked okay. The baggy ratty jeans, the knee length trench coat covering the loose white button up shirt. His hair was in place. Kind of a mess. He grinned light.
