She had to do. She just.. she did. But leaving everyone behind? Yeah, that sucked. A lot. Making a face at him, she shook her head and scrunched her nose as she pretended to think for a moment. "Nah, I don't see it," she said as she raised a brow with a thoughtful expression. "I really don't. I feel as if I'm missing out on something."
Just barely stifling a small yawn, she snuggled into him a little more, shifting just a bit to be a little more comfortable. Oh, she knew she'd end up falling asleep sooner or later (probably much more along the lines of 'sooner'), but she was much too content to find any reason to stop that. Besides, she needed it, even if she wouldn't actually admit it. "Mmm," she said in a slightly sleepy tone, nodding just a little. "Huh. I'm just luckier than most then, aren't I?" A pause. "But you're right. It would."
Looking away for a moment, she sighed and bit down on her bottom lip before looking back at him. "Well, that makes me feel a little better," she said as she bit on her lip again. "Exactly! You can do whatever you want after. Plus, you know, making up your own schedule. Longer breaks. etc etc."
