God, she was happy he was at least putting on an air of being accepting and understanding. Had he acted otherwise? Yeah, she wasn't sure what she would have done or how she'd have taken it. Things were bad enough, weren't they? If he'd gotten angry or upset (moreso than he was showing)... "It's just one of my many, many, many endearing qualities," she said in a light and playful tone, trying to do something to change the mood.
Slipping her arms loosely around him, she gave him a small hug, squeezing gently. "You're amazing," she said quietly as she pulled away just a bit to look at him. "I don't know what I'd do without you." Yes, a cheesy moment, but right now? She couldn't help it. As for that bit... That? Yeah, she never got tired of hearing it. Ever. Though, at the moment? She wasn't sure if it made things better or more difficult to deal with.
"I don't think I can complain too much about that, then," she said with a shrug. "I'll deal." After a small pause, she shifted her weight a bit, nodding her head. "Not a problem," she said as she tucked her hair behind her ear. "I have the schedule and everything, obviously, and it's not very likely all that it's going to change." Her nose wrinkled a little before going on. "You'll be happy they made you. At some point, anyway."
