Swinging one foot back and forth and tapping the other against the ground, she worried her brow just a bit. As far as she was concerned, she was fine and, once things settled a little more, she'd rest and she would be fine. Unfortunately? She didn't know how long that would take to happen. As if perfectly on time, a yawn escaped her lips as she shook her head and raked a hand through her hair. Also, unfortunately, she had no way of convincing people that she was going to be fine.
... which, she wasn't. But whatever.
Tucking her hair behind her ear, she frowned just as little as she looked down. This... sigh. She hated feeling awkward and nervous and those two emotions were things she never normally felt. She just didn't do that sort of thing. Of course, she normally wasn't spilling the news that there was a chance she'd be moving around for the next year or so, was she? His knock caused her to go back to chewing on her lip nervously before smoothing her skirt and heading towards the door. After opening the door, she leaned onto her tiptoes, gently placing her hands on her shoulders as she smiled softly at him. "Hey," she said quietly after pulling back. Slipping her hand into his, she smiled weakly at him as she reached for his hand and slipped hers inside, lacing her fingers through his. Tugging him inside, she glanced over at him. "How're you?"
