Completely lost in his thoughts, he quit talking and slowly fed himself mouth full after mouth full of ice cream. Maybe Claudia had the right idea with this whole... comfort food, thing. Once he'd finished the bowl, she'd prepared him, he held it for a moment and smiled. "Hey. How about we get another bowl and you tell me about everything that's been going on with you."
Sure, their discussion about him hadn't gone exactly as planned but he was enjoying just being able to spend time with his little sister.
