That was sweet, something she could admire about him. Not that she didn't have a list already but he wanted security so he could make sure he was able to help his family. Alyssa couldn't help but smile a soft smile at him, just a little one.
"Oh gosh. Now I have to think..." Looking over at her shelf of books her eyes skimmed each spine, racking her brain to remember what each was about. "I think Luna. I know that name has no meaning to you at the moment." She laughed and got up from the couch, walking over to the book and picking it up, bringing it over to him. "On A Pale Horse. She's this girl who is almost sheltered, living with her father and is basically his assistant because he works too much. She cares about the world and whats going on it. She's an artist who can see peoples auras yanno? And I can't do that but I try my hardest to see inside a person. I dunno..."
Curling her legs beneath her she turned to face him more, "What's your biggest fear? And not a seaweed kind of fear either. A honest to goodness fear."
