Some girls would be a little more than pissed if they had been taken to a McDonald's on Valentine's Day. Not her. Even if this wasn't so much a Valentine's Day celebration, her day had definitely been made already. Part of her regretting hiding away in LA, away from him. It had been a little over a month and a half since she had last seen him, and she had almost forgotten how amazing it was just to be around him. She had missed him so much. And the fact that he remember her order, down to the diet? If she were to die right then, she'd die incredibly happy and giddy.
"Thank you. I hadn't even thought about that." She stuck the straw in the soda and took a sip. She brought her legs up to her chest, resting the cup on her knee with her right hand, her left hand hanging down by her side. "What happened?" She knew he could very well refuse to talk about it. He had mentioned a scar, one that she had noticed before, but was hesitant to ask about. Maybe here's where it happened?
