"They wouldn't get away with that in Italy, either. At least, they wouldn't if they went hiking and camping like we do." Ana could definitely be a girl in every sense of the word. For example, she absolutely hated bugs but she was able to function outside of the city. Maybe it was stupid but she thought that included squatting when you were outside, away from the toilet, and had to pee.
"Oh?" Elliot's smile was infectious and she found herself smiling with him as she tried to wipe away the food he'd teased her about. Of course, that smile only grew when he offered to help.
She leaned in a little and her smile turned into more of a smirk when his lips brushed over hers rather than a napkin.
"You know," she murmured, her eyes sparkling with mischievous. "I think you missed a little over here." Her head turned slightly and she indicated the other corner of her mouth.
As good as her dinner tasted, she wasn't exactly opposed to tasting him. She might as well take advantage, right?
