Ashleigh couldn't help laughing a little when he called her roommateex-roommate bitchy and annoying. She wouldn't usually say something like that but he wasn't completely wrong, either. The girl could be quite annoying and, obviously, she was bitchy if she just had just come in and kicked him out of his own room.
He seemed completely comfortable as he plopped back onto the bed and she found that she was a little envious of him. Judging from outward appearances, he was at easewith the idea of sharing a room with her, and here she was, only able to think about how he was going to see her in her pajamas.
"Good,"she grinned. "She was sort of my alarm clock and I'm really addicted to being woken up by a bouncy little thing singing, 'Rise and shine and give God the glory glory. Rise and shine and...'" her voice faltered when she realized that she was actually singing to a boy she didn't even know. She coughed nervously. "Anyway, if you can't do that, I'm not sure if we're going to work out."
She was teasing him, obviously. At least, it was obvious to her and she really hoped it was obvious to him... other wise, she probably looked nuts.
A genuine smile brightened her features when he mentioned Batman sheets."Good choice," she agreed excitedly. "Spiderman is my super hero of choice, though. Do you have any of those?"
For the longest time it seemed as if her feet were stuck to the floor but she finally relaxed a little and took a few steps back to sit on her bed. Maybe she'd just spend some time talking to him before she went and changed out of her clothes.
