Even if you took away what he'd just said and how much that truly meant to her, seeing him smile? Was all she'd wanted. But he honestly wanted that? Pardon her for being shocked but, obviously considering their past, it had definitely been something that had continuously been playing on her mind. She couldn't help it. At the same time that being with him was the happiest she'd ever felt, there was that continuos nagging feeling that it wouldn't last. That it couldn't last because it didn't last time. Well whoever that voice was inside her head didn’t matter because she was more than willing to prove them wrong. If they both wanted it, then why couldn’t it work?
A surprised smile crept its way upon her face as he spoke. Yeah, to her he really was the most amazing guy. Ever. She couldn’t even fathom a reply before she received a gentle kiss. “I’d like that,” she whispered with a smile before placing another soft kiss against his lips. After all to her this was definitely a good thing, it at least meant they’d come further than last time. “Thank you,” she’d felt the need to say it, to answer what for would be too many things.
